Careers
Work on the questions that matter most.
Our clients come to us when the answer isn't obvious, the stakes are high, and the information is hard to find. We're growing a team that enjoys that kind of problem.
Why
Integrus.
Integrus combines traditional investigative research with technology we build ourselves. Analysts and engineers work side by side, so the people closest to the research shape the tools that support it, and the tools make our research faster, deeper and more precise.
We're a lean, senior-led firm. That means real responsibility early, direct exposure to clients and complex matters, and the chance to influence how a growing firm and its products develop.
Who we look for.
Research and Investigations
Analysts and investigators who are curious, rigorous and comfortable with ambiguity. You may come from due diligence, investigative journalism, compliance, law, intelligence or academic research. What matters most is sound judgement, clear writing, and the persistence to follow a lead until it either resolves or proves to be a dead end. Language skills and jurisdictional knowledge, particularly across Asia, are highly valued.
Builders and Technologists
Data scientists, forensic researchers, programmers and generative-AI power users who want their work to have real-world consequences. You'll help build and refine the research models, workflows and platforms behind our services and OpenAdverse.ai, working closely with the analysts who use them every day.
Across both tracks, we look for integrity, discretion, and the confidence to say "I don't know yet" and then go and find out.
How we work.
Our team works from locations across multiple time zones, which lets us work close to the ground on matters around the world. We collaborate closely across research, engineering and client service, and we value clear thinking and good communication over hierarchy.
Open roles.
Open roles.
Help build creative, multidisciplinary solutions to complex real-world problems, working at the intersection of data, investigation and generative AI.
Research Analyst
Our analysts uncover what others miss. You'll research companies, individuals and networks across multiple jurisdictions, piecing together public records, media, corporate filings and other sources into clear, defensible findings that inform high-stakes decisions for our clients.
This is an early-career role with real responsibility. You'll work directly on live client matters alongside experienced investigators, and you'll use the in-house technology our engineers build to make your research faster and deeper.
What we're looking for
-
One to three years of relevant experience in research, due diligence, journalism, compliance, risk, or a similar field. We'll also consider strong candidates who are earlier in their careers.
-
Professional working proficiency in one or more additional languages. Asian and Middle Eastern languages are particularly valued.
-
Real-world experience living, working or studying in developing economies.
-
A genuine and active interest in current affairs, politics and business.
-
Excellent written English, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear, concise reporting.
-
Comfort working with technology, and the curiosity to learn new tools, including AI-driven research platforms.
-
Integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
What we offer
You'll get meaningful work from day one and exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors and geographies. You'll work in a small, senior-led team where your contribution is visible. We're flexible on working arrangements: we care more about finding the right person than fitting a fixed mould.
Builders
We're looking for builders who like hard, messy, real-world problems. You might be a data scientist, a forensic researcher, a programmer, or a generative-AI "super-user" who gets more out of these tools than anyone else you know. What unites the people we're looking for is curiosity and a drive to build creative solutions that cross disciplines.
You'll work closely with our investigators and engineering team to design, test and deploy the tools, models and workflows that power our research and our OpenAdverse.ai platform. The problems are varied, for example extracting signal from noisy multilingual data, tracing connections between entities, or automating complex research tasks without losing analytical rigour.
What we're looking for
-
One to three years of experience in data science, software development, digital forensics, open-source intelligence, or a related field. We value demonstrable projects as much as formal experience.
-
Strong practical skills in at least one of the following: Python or another programming language, data analysis and modelling, forensic or OSINT research techniques, or advanced use of generative AI and LLM tooling.
-
A strong interest in building creative, multidisciplinary solutions to complex real-world problems.
-
The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.
-
Additional language skills, particularly Asian or Middle Eastern languages, are a welcome bonus.
-
Integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
What we offer
Your work will go into live client matters and products rather than sitting on a shelf. You'll have the freedom to experiment and shape how a growing firm uses technology, and you'll work alongside experienced investigators and engineers. As with our research roles, we're flexible on location and working arrangements for the right candidate.
